Owner of the largest franchise of Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network outside of Quebec, Al Roissl is a highly respected name in the industry with a career spanning thirty years. Al is also the donor of the George Brown College “Al Roissl Leadership in Financial Planning Award” and a participant, donor and fundraiser in the annual “Ride to Conquer Cancer” as part of the Desjardins Bolts Team.

A life-long professional devoted to serving people with her expertise in financial services, Deb began her career in 1981. She was a life insurance advisor with London Life before starting her own insurance agency in 1989. In 2003, she became a managing director with her own Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network financial centre. Recently, she transitioned to exclusively coach other sales managers and advisors, while still maintaining her own clients.

For nearly 28 years, Fazaad, who holds a degree in Business Administration, has been a proud partner in his clients’ financial success. He has developed these relationships based on transparency and trust. Fazaad is also a participant, donor & fundraiser in the annual Ride to Conquer Cancer and is part of the Desjardins Bolts Team.

After a successful career in the garment industry as a manager and then a business owner, Adrian acquired first-hand knowledge of the needs of small business owners. In 2006, he became a financial advisor with Investors Group before joining Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network in 2013.

Grant joined Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network in 2002 and specializes in providing life and health insurance advice and solutions to individuals and business owners. He is a Investment Fund Advisor Life & Health Insurance Advisor. An avid cyclist, Grant also volunteers his time for the Oshawa Kinsmen Club.

Born in a small community outside of Thunder Bay, Mike spent most of his life in the area. He became a commercial pilot at the age of 19 and flew as an instructor until an illness prevented him from flying. In order to find a new career, Mike enrolled in Confederation College to become a licensed heavy machine operator for six years until he decided to join the insurance business in 1988. Mike joined Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network in 2006.

Peter contributes to the community by facilitating financial workshops at the Toronto Public Libraries, Scarborough Health Network and educating the members in the communities – Lions Club and Flemingdon Health Centre. An outgoing man, happy to share his vast industry knowledge, Peter is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Jeff has been working in the financial service industry since 1999 and specializes in providing life and health insurance solutions to individuals and business owners. He is known for his easy manner and sense of humour.

Hovhannes joined Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network in 2010 as a sales manager coaching new advisors, while also building his own practice. He is a successful advisor working primarily with businesses and independent professionals.
